S K Goel retired from Engineers India Limited as HOD (Cost Engineering) in 2004 and post retirement worked with Technip KT India Ltd (Delhi Office) and Mott Macdonald Ltd. in Abu Dhabi.

He has over 45 years of experience in Project Cost Estimation, Life Cycle Costing, Profitability Analysis, Risk Analysis, Licensor’s Evaluation, Cost Data Base, Cost Monitoring and Control activities for Grass Root and Revamp Projects.

During the above tenure he has developed various documents like ‘Rapid Estimating’ (Rules of Thumb), Construction Manhours, Quality Procedures, Cost Data Base, Training Materials, Ready Reckoner for LNG Projects, As Built Documents and Financial & Economic Analysis Models.

Sachin Gupta is estimating & Cost Control Specialist with 15+ years of experience in EPC downstream global projects for Refineries & Petrochemicals. He has excellent communication & interpersonal skills. He is committed to providing detailed & accurate analysis & numbers.

He is currently working with McDermott India Limited as “Manager – Estimation” from last 2.5 years & was earlier working with Technip Energies, India for 13 years as Lead Estimator.

Ramesh Kumar holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh (Gold Medalist), 1984 batch. He has retired from Engineers India Limited as Senior General Manager, Cost Engineering Dept. In EIL, he had a rich experience of 12 years in construction division (Metallurgy, Petrochemical, offshore; India & South Korea) and 24 years in Cost Estimation and cost control division. His experience spans around refinery, petrochemical, onshore Gas processing, offshore platforms and submarine pipelines, cross country pipelines, metallurgy, strategic storage, LNG, ports, and Harbor etc.

Presently he is employed in McDermott India Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon as Principal Estimator.

Banaja Bhaduri Banerji holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Kolkata and one M. Tech. degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. She is presently working for Engineers India Limited as General Manager, Project Control Division.

She has a rich experience of 33 years in Cost Engineering and Project Planning in EIL. She has an in-depth overseas experience of being associated in ADNOC group of projects in Abu Dhabi as Project Control Manager in EIL Abu Dhabi for many years. Her area of specialisation remains in Cost Estimating, Cost Control, Financial analysis, Project Control, Project Planning, scheduling, and monitoring etc.
